In many countries, a certificate is a secondary education qualification. In the Republic of Ireland, for example, pupils take the Junior Certificate and then the Leaving Certificate. Other countries, too, have awards; for example, in Australia, the Higher School Certificate (HSC) in New South Wales, the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) in Victoria, and so on, are exams taken after secondary school. In some parts of the United Kingdom, the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) is the standard examination taken at the age of 16, whereas the Advanced Subsidiary Level (AS-level) and Advanced Level (A-levels) of the General Certificate of Education (GCE) are taken at the ages of 17 and 18.
Certificates are higher education qualifications in many other countries. In the Republic of Ireland, for example, the National Certificate was phased out in 2006 and replaced by the “Higher Certificate.” Certificate (undergraduate), Graduate Certificate (undergraduate, but admission requires completion of a previous undergraduate degree), and Postgraduate Certificate are the names of these programs (at a postgraduate level). Students in Hong Kong take examinations to earn a Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education. Certificates fall short of associate degrees, diplomas, higher diplomas, and advanced diplomas, all of which fall short of a bachelor’s degree. Following a bachelor’s degree, postgraduate certificates are often more vocationally oriented than master’s degrees.

You, as the Site Owner, as well as Site Admins, should build and confer certificates to one or more courses. If you’d rather have custom designs or text for each course, that’s fine too! You are free to make as many certificates as you want.
Once your student has completed all of the lessons in your course, a certificate will be issued! To achieve a 100 percent completion rate, they must click Complete & Continue on each lesson. Your student can then download the certificate as a PDF by clicking Get your certificate.
You’ll be able to choose from seven different certificate templates when designing your certificate. Your certificate will have a background image, font, text spacing, and alignment if you use a template. Even if you decide to use your own custom background, choose a template for your preferred text formatting!
You’ll see a Content tab when creating your certificate where you can customize the text that appears on it. Everything from the certificate title and descriptions to custom fields can be customized!

After you’ve double-checked your addresses, you can create a letter that will be emailed to you as a PDF right away. If you have any wrong addresses, you must first update them in LfY.
If your admissions papers are in order, it may be possible to make these letters for you before you register. Some banks, however, will not accept them until you are registered. Before requesting the letter, you should double-check with your bank.
Council Tax Exemption Certificates are special Certificates of Registration that can be submitted to local authorities to demonstrate that you are a student. They are compliant with all London Local Authorities’ standards.
