These courses are usually available on a first-come, first-served basis. Some 6000-level courses may require individual approval from the instructor, and all require the completion of a petition form. All communication with the Law School Registrar should be done through the Non-Law Student Petition for Law Courses form. Only current law students are permitted to enroll in first-year law courses (6001-6009) and experiential learning courses (7000 level).
