Express applications for international clients are processed in 7-10 business days, while regular applications take 4-6 weeks. The certificate will be sent to all international clients in two copies. Please be aware that applications received from residents of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas will be processed by the Consulate General of Miami. Applications from people who live in other states will be returned to them; please note that the mailing fee will be deducted from the total amount submitted.
