From January 1, 1910, to the present, the state of Missouri has maintained a central registry of Missouri births and deaths. While vital records were first kept in 1910, some delayed certificates may exist prior to that date. However, neither before nor after 1910, there is no guarantee of a record’s existence.
Contact your closest local public health agency to request a birth or death certificate.
