The Israel Experience Certificate program for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs is intended to encourage every Bar/Bat Mitzvah to continue his or her Jewish education by going to Israel with an Israel Experience program.
SKIP and Gift of Israel savings can be supplemented with Bar/Bat Mitzvah Certificates. From the summer after 9th grade* until the participant’s 23rd birthday, funds can be used for a variety of approved Israel Experience Programs.
